4.4 fa77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your Account. While not currently mandatory, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is considered best security practice.
4.5 Account registration is available to Philippine residents. fa77 may require verification of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's Licence, PRC ID) as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
5.1 fa77 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Cashier page of your Account and may be updated by fa77 at its discretion.
5.3 fa77 applies anti-money laundering ("AML") controls in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law. fa77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds, and to delay or decline transactions where AML concerns are identified.
5.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible (the "reverse withdrawal principle"). fa77 processes most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to three (3) banking days.
5.5 fa77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification ("enhanced due diligence") before processing any withdrawal. Where such verification is in progress, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days, after which fa77 will communicate the outcome to you.
5.6 Funds deposited into your fa77 Account are not eligible for interest and shall not be considered an investment or deposit in any banking or financial sense.
6.1 fa77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that supplement these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited to your Account may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 5, regardless of any associated Bonus Funds.
6.3 fa77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a player's account and wagering has commenced, fa77 will honour the promotion under the terms in place at the time of credit.
6.4 fa77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Players suspected of systematic exploitation of promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or other fraudulent means will have their bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
7.1 All Games on the fa77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules are more restrictive.
7.2 Live dealer games are governed by the rules administered by the live dealer at the table. fa77 is not liable for dealer errors in live games; however, where a verifiable dealer error has materially affected the outcome of a round, fa77 will review the disputed round and apply a fair resolution.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, software errors, or server failures — during an active game round, fa77's system logs shall be used to determine the state of play at the point of malfunction. Any bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction shall be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account.
7.4 Maximum win limits may apply to specific Games or promotional rounds. Where a win exceeds an applicable limit, only the maximum win amount will be credited. Applicable limits are disclosed in the relevant game or promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fa77 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
9.1 fa77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fa77 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the player's conduct poses a risk to fa77 or other players, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.
9.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, real-money funds held in the Account wallet will be frozen but not forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation. Where suspension results from confirmed Terms breach, fa77 reserves the right to withhold funds in accordance with the applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
9.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting fa77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, provided that all identity verification requirements have been fulfilled. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

11.2 Your use of the fa77 Platform does not grant you any ownership of, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any fa77 intellectual property. Unauthorised use of fa77 intellectual property is prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 fa77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
12.3 fa77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur. fa77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
13.1 fa77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the fa77 Privacy Policy.
13.2 fa77 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). fa77 does not sell personal data to third parties.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the fa77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.2 The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) exercises regulatory oversight of fa77's operations. Players who have unresolved complaints against fa77 may escalate to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels after first exhausting fa77's internal dispute resolution process.
15.1 fa77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, fa77 will provide at least seven (7) days advance notice via the Platform or email before the amendment takes effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the fa77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance before the effective date.
